Through our partnership with The North Loop Neighborhood Association and their affiliations with MNDOT, City of Minneapolis, Beniek Landscaping, Xcel, Opus, and First Service Residential, we’re all working together to make the North Loop neighborhood a greener space to live and grow as a community!

More North Loop Parks Coming Soon…

In addition to the new North Loop Welcome Park, the North Loop Neighborhood Association has more exciting plans underway! This year the association is working to create two other unique park spaces:

  • North Loop City Park
  • North Loop Pedestrian Greenway

Both areas will provide a unique green space for residents and visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery downtown Minneapolis has to offer.

Outside of these new parks, North Loop Neighborhood Association has developed other numerous initiatives and events to enhance the look and feel of the neighborhood. From Earth Day Neighborhood Clean Up to The North Loop Food Truck Fair and the North Loop Spring Crawl, these events will inspire friends and neighbors to gather, enjoy the outdoors, and try something new and exciting. This will also enhance the area’s local businesses and economy.

Looking for great ways to get involved with the North Loop or your own Minneapolis neighborhood? Send us a message! We strive to be your downtown resource for urban living—not just Minneapolis real estate.
