When it comes to community amenities, The Zenith doesn’t offer a lot of options. But for just $25 per month, you can mingle at the neighboring Aloft Hotel. This monthly fee gives residents an all-access pass to Aloft’s communal lounge, 24/7 fitness room and private indoor pool.
BUILDING HAPPY HOURS
If you want to get to know your neighbors, attend one of the The Zenith’s informal happy hours. Each Wednesday residents congregate in the lobby area or the courtyard for a casual meet and greet.

Natural woodwork, concrete pillars and uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling windows are just a few of the clean industrial details you’ll find inside of The Zenith. The units also feature 11-foot ceilings, large walk-in closets and gourmet kitchens.
Many floor plans exist at The Zenith and unit sizes range from 775 to 2,700 square feet. Each unit also comes with heated underground parking and a large recessed balcony.
