Intro to Skyscape

Built from the ground up in 2006, Skyscape’s 27-story glass and concrete tower was a decidedly modern addition to the neighborhood’s turn of the century architecture.

As the name suggests, Skyscape offers some pretty spectacular views of both the Minneapolis skyline and the Mississippi River. All 252 units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping hardwood floors and tons of natural light.

Residents at Skyscape condos also have access to a slew of unmatched services and amenities. Some of the most exciting include 24-hour concierge service, free onsite fitness classes, a guest suite for visitors, and a huge sixth-floor terrace.

Known as “Skyview Park,” Skyscape’s 6th floor terrace is a resident hot spot for summer grilling, lounging and of all things — lawn bowling. This large, eco-friendly terrace offers plenty of landscaped turf for residents and their guests to sneak in a game or two before dinner.

Skyscape’s smart elevators adjust to the natural traffic patterns of the building. To reduce wait times, the elevators will hover higher up the tower as morning crowds hustle to work and then lower to the ground floor as these residents return home from work.

Domestic pets including dogs, cats, fish, birds and other small household pets are allowed at Skyscape. Some restrictions may apply.

Guest Parking

Short-term guest parking (24 hours or less) is available on the first level of the parking garage. Additional long-term parking spaces are located at the tower level. Residents must contact the front desk to arrange long-term guest parking.

Commercial Tenants

Skyscape shares commercial space with CVS pharmacy. Additional commercial space is currently available for lease on the ground floor.

Move In/Out

All move-ins and move-outs must be scheduled during a pre-arranged time block Monday through Saturday between 8am and 8pm. Residents must contact onsite property management to schedule a time in advance. A $100 nonrefundable moving fee is required.
