Intro to Security Lofts

Converted from a turn-of-the-century industrial space in 2004, Security Warehouse is a boutique style building boasting 54 classic brick-and-timber lofts.

The vintage layouts make abundant use of original structural elements like oversized windows, naturally finished wood and exposed yellow brick. Units are also peppered with contemporary upgrades which seamlessly blend with the industrial aesthetic.

Security Warehouse Lofts also offers a range of shared amenities including an on-site workout room, private storage units and the North Loop’s largest community center, which claims nearly 3,000 square feet.


Previously known as the William J. Dean & Company Warehouse, the Security Lofts building was used to manufacture agricultural implements.

Interiors feature rustic wood-beamed ceilings, exposed yellow brick walls and soaring 15-foot ceilings. Distressed concrete floors, large arched windows and imposing timber columns uphold the loft-like feel.

Most floor plans range from 1,055 to 1,535 square feet and many of the units also come with their own private balconies.
