Intro to American Trio
Carved out of a former warehouse and manufacturing plant, this century old building now houses 90 residential homes, collectively known as American Trio Lofts.
American Trio Lofts stands seven-stories tall and features a combination one- and two-bedroom units. Like many true loft conversions in Minneapolis, the interiors incorporate a striking juxtaposition of old and new. Exposed brick walls, concrete pillars and sash windows are just a few of the vintage details you’ll find inside.
Located just a few blocks from both the Mississippi River and the new Vikings Stadium, American Trio Lofts offers plenty of off site entertainment. Onsite, residents have access to a rooftop patio, party room, small gym and 24/7 valet parking.
Constructed in the early 20th century, the American Trio building was originally home to the Northern Implement Company and later the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company. The building itself can be found on both the national and local historic registers.
American Trio offers its residents 24-hour valet parking services. Both smart and efficient, the staff at American Trio will even customize valet services to sync up with your daily driving schedule.
Quality construction from the start, historic details include open floor plans, 15-foot concrete ceilings, exposed brick and ductwork, and massive interior columns. Modern kitchens feature high-end finishes, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
A number of floorplans are available at American Trio. Lofts range in size from 800 to 2,000 square feet, with some units featuring a lofted master bedroom. None of the units have private balcony space.
