DRG’s Maintenance Coordinator is an administrative role. The Coordinator…

  1. is the business-hours ‘funnel’ for calls to and maintenance requests of Management;
  2. manages work orders, including
    • initial communications with vendors and MCs
    • follow-up with vendors and MCs
    • closing out work orders after completion
  3. provides periodic reporting to the Management Leads and Coordinators.
  4. preps move-ins for MCs.

Top Accountabilities

  1. Answer ALL “One Number” calls during business hours.
  2. Manage all Work Orders.
  3. Periodic Reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
