Erick grew up in the Twin Cities area where he attended Saint Thomas Military Academy. He went on to graduate from the University of San Diego, with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Naval Science, while serving in the United States Navy. Erick spent the beginning of his career in Industrial Commercial Real Estate before moving to the new construction side of residential development. He has spent the last 6 years specializing in new construction and existing condo and loft sales, working directly with developers and consulting on all aspects of these extensive projects.
The Real Estate experience he has gained help compliment Erick’s professionalism and loyalty, to both his clients and the Minneapolis market. These remain critical pillars to his continued success with buyers and sellers. In addition, he fosters strong interpersonal relationships, and is one of the biggest advocates, in the Uptown area where he currently resides and has for the past 6 years.
